About Me

Ever since I was young I was fascinated with the natural world and always wanted a career working with animals and wildlife.

After completing my degree in Animal Behaviour I moved to South Africa for 3 years to work at the Vervet Monkey Foundation, a rescue centre with over 600 rescued primates.

It was here that my love of photography really took off. With so many subjects and personalities to observe, my skills improved day by day.

Running trips to Kruger National Park as well as in Botswana and Namibia enabled me to hone my ability to shoot wildlife.

Having moved back to England and worked at Monkey World for 4 years, I have had the opportunity to travel to many exotic places such as Sulawesi, Borneo, Vietnam, Kenya and Ecuador to practise not only getting great images, but to track and locate some of the worlds rarest and most beautiful wildlife.

At the same time, whilst living in Dorset, one of the most picturesque places in the UK, I set myself the challenge of learning landscape photography.

In 2021 I took the plunge and decided to launch my photography business. I learnt to make all my products; canvas prints, t-shirts and chopping boards and jumped head first into what is now my full time job.

Examples of my work can be seen in my portfolio sections and social media links.
